14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, must not show signs of misuse or damage after delivery, and should include any accessories or components originally supplied where applicable.

Ex-Display and Open-Box Items

Many products sold on BargainBubs are ex-display, open-box, refurbished, or clearance items. This means some products may include opened or damaged packaging, replacement packaging, or minor cosmetic marks from display or handling.

These factors are reflected in the discounted price. All items are checked before being listed to ensure they are fully functional unless otherwise stated.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
