Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Large or Heavy Items: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier workload.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Our standard shipping rate is £2.50 per item.

Multiple items can be bundled into one package at the same £2.50 shipping cost, provided the combined parcel does not exceed 61 × 50 × 50 cm and weighs under 9 kg.

If your order exceeds these limits, it will be classified as a large or heavy item, and a shipping charge of £5.99 will apply.

Packaging

Many of our items are ex-display, open-box, or refurbished products. Original packaging may show signs of wear or may not always be included, but all products are securely packed to help ensure safe delivery.
